Il Mercato Hotel & Spa, Sharm el-Sheikh

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in downtown and close to the old market, which I loved. The rooms were clean but lacked some essentials like tissues. While the staff was generally friendly, my interactions with the front desk, particularly with Mr. Emad Melad, were positive, though I found some services surprisingly costly. Overall, it was a solid stay, but there were areas that could definitely be improved.
